Beginners Workshop
This is a one day course suitable for people with little or no experience of face painting. All equipment required on the day is provided. It is a fun and informative hands on course, covering all aspects of the following agenda:-
- Hygiene health and safety
- Public liability insurance
- Disclaimers
- Marketing and becoming self employed
- Advice on kit content, and recommended paints and brands.
- Sponge work and blending techniques
- Line work
Instructors will demonstrate the designs on a model, with step by step instructions on how to achieve the look.
Then it’s your turn to work in pairs and practice on each other, whilst instructors work around the group, offering advice & guidance, teaching you how to create Butterflies, flower fairies, tigers, and Super heroes. - The techniques you will learn will lay foundation to further designs, allowing you to progress with your portfolio.
Advanced Courses
Now you have made the first step towards learning to Face Paint, our advanced courses are designed to take you to the next level. Concentrating on more advanced themes such as colour spectrums, blending and advanced line work techniques, such as curls and swirls, tear drops and animal markings, and the use of different brushes & paints to achieve superior results. We will share with you trade secrets and tips that will give your designs that professional finish.
